Knox Academy Eco-Week
The motion
That the Parliament acknowledges that Knox Academy, which is in Haddington, recently held its third annual Eco-Week, which had events that aimed to encourage the pupils to think about how they can change their behaviour to help the environment; notes that there was a "plastic-free" lunchtime tutorial, which provided information about plastic-free alternatives to commonly bought items, such as shampoo bars and toothpaste tablets; thanks the staff and pupils on their efforts to help to raise awareness of important environmental issues, and wishes them all the best for future Eco-Weeks.
