Edinburgh City Youth Café
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Edinburgh City Youth Café in Edinburgh on securing £195,155 from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that the group will be able to develop its project offering support to young people who have been victims of crime; notes that young people can self-refer to the service with activities and outcomes decided by the young people themselves, and that the group will be able to expand the age range of the young people that it works with and extend its service into Midlothian; acknowledges that, over three years, 225 young people will benefit, with 10 volunteers supporting them, and wishes everyone involved well.
