Galashiels' Slimming World Groups Fundraise for Cancer Research
The motion
That the Parliament commends the members of Galashiels' Slimming World groups on raising over £3,000 for charity by donating clothes that no longer fit to Cancer Research UK; notes that the organisers also sought to highlight how the risk of developing certain cancers can be reduced through weight loss; thanks everyone who took part, and wishes them all the best.
