Arbroath, League One Winners
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Arbroath on recently winning the League One title at Glebe Park; understands that the Red Lichties have dedicated this success to the memory of the goalkeeping coach, John Ritchie, who died aged 70 in June 2018, and to the club videographer, Neil Douglas, who is recovering from illness; believes that the fans "painted the town red" in celebration, with many spilling onto the streets in delight, and wishes the team well for next season and Neil all the best with his recovery.
