Asda's Happy Little Helper Boards in Dumbarton
The motion
That the Parliament commends Asda on the launch of its Happy Little Helper boards, which use Makaton counters; understands that the boards are designed to make shopping trips more enjoyable and less stressful for children and young people who have additional needs; notes that that boards are now available in all stores, including Asda Dumbarton; understands that Asda is the first UK supermarket to roll out Makaton counters; congratulates it on this initiative, and hopes that it will make shopping more enjoyable.
