Contact the Elderly's Fifth West Lothian Group
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the launch of the fifth Contact the Elderly group in West Lothian at an inaugural event in West Calder; notes that the charity holds afternoon tea parties in a host's house and these gatherings bring together older people for a cup of tea and companionship for a few hours each month; understands that it also organises transport to and from events to make the experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible, and wishes it continued success with its work.
