Bearsden Festival
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the Bearsden Festival, which will take place between 10 and 19 May 2019; understands that the festival will celebrate the impact of arts on mental health and wellbeing through various activities, such as writing workshops, cookery demonstrations, family mindfulness, Tai chi, shrink plastic art, a Sleep, Circadian Rhythms and Mental Health presentation, and a lecture entitled "Robert Burns, Mood Disorder and Creativity", and wishes the organisers and participants an enjoyable and successful festival.
