Success for Aberdeen Primary Schools During Autism Awareness Week
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the staff and pupils of both Kirkhill Primary School and Middleton Park Primary School on their respective first and second place successes in the Aberdeen Autism Outreach Service’s Autism Awareness Week competition; understands that the competition involved each school designing a mural to encourage support and understanding for people with autism; recognises the value of teaching such values and understanding to pupils at an early age, and commends the Aberdeen Autism Outreach Service for its continued work across the area to help people and families affected by autism.
