La Barca Restaurant, Helensburgh
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates La Barca restaurant, which is in Helensburgh, on winning the Best World Cuisine category at the eighth Scottish Entertainment and Hospitality Awards; recognises that this is the sixth consecutive year that it has won this title, which is the longest winning streak in the event's history; considers that, thanks to the quality and standard of service that La Barca offers, the award is well–deserved, and wishes its staff and management continued success.
