Kilwinning Scouts, Abbey Roy and Scott Jeffery
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates two Scouts from Kilwinning, Abbey Roy and Scott Jeffery, who have been honoured with the top scouting accolade, the Queen's Scout Award; acknowledges that it was presented by Bear Grylls and the Duke of Kent, and notes that this is the first time in over 20 years that the award has been achieved by members of the 19th Ayrshire Kilwinning Explorer Scout Group.
