Congratulations to the Earl and Countess of Dumbarton
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Earl and Countess of Dumbarton on the birth of their first child, a baby boy born on 6 May 2019 at 5.26am and weighing 7lbs 3oz; shares in the evident delight and excitement expressed by the Earl in his announcement of the birth; notes that the arrival coincides with the 20th anniversary of the first elections to the Scottish Parliament, and looks forward to the Earl and Countess of Dumbarton visiting the Parliament and the historic town of Dumbarton with their baby.
