David Lees' Caring Services Colleague Award
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Scotland and Northern Ireland divisional business manager at Marie Curie, David Lees, on being named the Caring Services Colleague of the Year at the charity’s annual Fundraising Excellence Awards, which celebrate people from all over the UK who help provide care and support for patients and their families living with terminal illness; notes that David received the award for going above and beyond and organising fundraising for the charity, and commends all the Marie Curie staff and volunteers who give care and support to people at the end of their lives.
