Livingston Round Table
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Livingston Round Table on organising its first soapbox race, which will take place on 18 August 2019 and will feature homemade motorised "soapboxes" racing on a downhill course with some obstacles; recognised the charity work that is carried out all year round by the group, and wishes it the best of luck with this new event and its other endeavours.
