Campie Primary School 100th Birthday Celebrations
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates staff and pupils at Campie Primary School in Musselburgh on the occasion of its centenary; notes that the school officially opened on 26 May 1919; understands that on 31 May there will be an exhibition of photographs and memorabilia for pupils, parents and carers and an opportunity to tour the classrooms; notes that a team from the University of Edinburgh's Oral History Project will be available at the event to record any special memories of Campie Primary School as it works to create historical transcripts for East Lothian, and sends its best wishes to all those involved in the event.
