Twechar Gets its own Tartan
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the residents of Twechar, East Dunbartonshire, who have succeeded in getting approval to dedicate a new tartan to the village; understands that Twechar has a rich history, which includes the canal, a Roman fort and its mining industry, and that regular events are run to attract visitors, and commends the residents for their positivity, pride and sense of community.
