Success for New College Lanarkshire Photography Students
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates photography students from New College Lanarkshire’s Motherwell campus on winning six awards at the British Institute of Professional Photography Scottish Region Student Awards; further congratulates Connor O’Neill from Motherwell, who collected a Silver award for his image, Scarlet Splash, which is an advertising shot for a Nike training shoe; notes that the prestigious competition had 450 entries from student photographers across Scotland; understands that New College Lanarkshire offers courses in photography ranging from leisure classes to HND level; commends the students on their marvellous achievement, and wishes them every success for a bright future ahead.
