Preston Fleming Wins SNIPEF Award

That the Parliament congratulates Preston Fleming, who is from Cardross, on receiving the Merit Award from the Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers’ Federation (SNIPEF); considers the award is deserved recognition for his over 40 years of excellent service to the industry; understands that Preston is the third generation of the Fleming family to operate the family plumbing firm; recognises his work in leading the firm, serving as local president for SNIPEF’s local association for Glasgow, serving as SNIPEF’s national president in 2011 and setting up the Plumbing Industry Licensing Scheme in 2002; considers that this work represents an enormous contribution to the industry; further congratulates Preston and his company on it being shortlisted in the Scotland Regional Energy Efficiency Awards for 2019, and wishes him and his company all the best at the awards and with their future endeavours.
