West Dunbartonshire Recycle Mobility Centre
The motion
That the Parliament commends the Recycle Mobility Centre’s invaluable contribution to the local community in West Dunbartonshire; considers that the services offered by the centre in reconditioning and maintaining mobility equipment and selling it at an affordable price is a model to be admired; welcomes its one-year work placement programme that offers young people, who have been unemployed on a long-term basis, an opportunity to enter the world of employment, and is confident that the Recycle Mobility Centre will continue to have an empowering impact in the local community, both with offering workplace experience and selling high-quality mobility equipment at affordable prices for those who can least afford to buy new.
