VSA Celebrate 150 Years
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Aberdeen-based charity, VSA, on its upcoming 150th anniversary, which will be reached in 2020; notes that the organisation, which supports vulnerable people in the north east, is currently fundraising to build a new mental wellbeing facility in the heart of the city; understands that the milestone anniversary next year will marked by an event, the Changing Lives Ball, at Balmoral Castle, with the proceeds being donated to its mental health campaign, and wishes VSA continued success with its fundraising and in bringing support to its service users.
