West Lothian College SVQ Ceremony
The motion
That the Parliament notes that West Lothian College celebrated the achievement of hundreds of work-based graduates with their families and friends at its annual SVQ Awards Ceremony on 20 June 2019; recognises the hard work and commitment of all graduates in achieving their qualifications while working; understands that Kevin Neary from Aid and Abet was the keynote speaker at the ceremony, and congratulates him on graduating at the event with his first-ever qualification, SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 7.
