Primary Schools Compete in West Lothian College’s STEM Olympics
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the team from Eastertoun Primary School in Bathgate on winning the recent final of the STEM Olympics, which were organised by West Lothian College; recognises that the team was awarded the Tam Dalyell Trophy, which was presented at the college by Kathleen Dalyell; notes that the final was attended by pupils and teachers from Our Lady’s, St Columba’s, Eastertoun, St Anthony’s, Linlithgow, Springfield, and St Thomas’s primary schools, and commends the college for its ongoing work to raise awareness of STEM among young people.
