Renfrew YMCA Awarded £3,000
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Renfrew YMCA on receiving £3,000 from the Corra Foundation’s 2019 Henry Duncan Grants; recognises that Renfrew YMCA is a charity-based organisation that provides early intervention projects and service provision for community issues, including running free activities for children and young people each week, ranging from games to CV building; understands that the funding will go toward salary costs to support the "In it Together" project two days per week, 52 weeks of the year, which seeks to ensure that children with additional support needs are welcomed and included in its activities, and wishes Renfrew YMCA every success in the future.
