Honour for Dundee-trained Artist, Frank To
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Dundee-trained artist, Frank To, on being one of the few Scottish creatives to be accepted into the Royal Society of British Artists; understands that Frank, who is a graduate of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design, sold out his work at the society's 2019 exhibition; notes that his drawings were created using ignited gunpowder and were selected for the exhibition out of 1,800 submissions, and congratulates him on his success.
