Bearsden Festival Community Awards 2019
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the winners of the 2019 Bearsden Festival Community Awards, which celebrate the contribution volunteers make to health and wellbeing in the community; understands that the lucky winners, picked from hundreds of nominations received by the organisers, were presented with specially commissioned glass trophies, handmade by the local artist, Elizabeth Lloyd Kelly, and commends all of Bearsden's volunteers for their hard work and tireless efforts in support of others.
