Hailey Austin Publishes Her First Comic
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Hailey Austin, who is a PHD student at the University of Dundee, on being the first American to write for Commando comic; notes that the story, which was her first attempt to write in the genre, is based on real Second World War events where a crew saved a Cambridgeshire town after their ammunition train caught fire; recognises the importance of creativity and Dundee’s legacy of excellence in the comic book industry; looks forward to reading this latest contribution, and sends its best wishes to Hailey.
