International Award for Abertay University and Poppyscotland
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the news that a collaboration between Abertay University and Poppyscotland, Their Memory: Exploring Veterans' Voices, has won an international accolade at the Serious Play awards, which recognise commercial and student digital titles for education and training; acknowledges that the project brought to life the memories of UK veterans through a virtual reality process that allowed people to witness at first-hand the experiences of those who fought for their country; notes that it was supported by the Dundee-based games studios, Pocket Sized Hands and Ruffian Games, and congratulates all involved with this success.
