British Liver Trust
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the British Liver Trust on being awarded £80,000 by the National Lottery Community Fund to support groups for pre- and post-transplant liver patients and their families in Glasgow and Edinburgh; notes that the groups, which will be led by 40 volunteers, will co-facilitate community-based meetings with lived experience peer support, attend health events and create a support network, and sends its best wishes to all involved with this work.
