Brechin Youth Project
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Brechin Youth Project on being awarded a £39,816 Young Start Grant to help its 20 volunteers to continue to delivery of a variety of activities over the next three years for around 125 young people; understands that it aims to provide a safe and friendly environment by providing access to music, pool tables and the internet, as well as offering support on topics such as drug and alcohol awareness; believes that community-based centres such as this provide vital activities and advice, and sends its best wishes to all involved with this work.
