James Hamilton from Peebles, Invictus Games' Trialist
The motion
That the Parliament acknowledges that James Hamilton, who is a retired corporal from Peebles, is to take part in the Invictus Games' trials in archery and rowing; understands that James, who served in the Royal Logistics Corps, was injured in an explosion in Iraq in 2005, which resulted in damage to his hand and spine; notes that he competed in archery at the 2017 US Warrior Games; commends James for his hard work and determination, and wishes him all the best, including for the trials.
