New Lord Lieutenant of Perth and Kinross

That the Parliament congratulates Stephen Leckie, chief executive of Crieff Hydro, on being appointed Her Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant for Perth and Kinross; notes that Mr Leckie replaces Sir Melville Jameson who retired in July 2019 after 14 years in the post; further notes that Mr Leckie is the fifth generation of his family to run Crieff Hydro and is chair of the Scottish Tourism Alliance, and wishes him all the best for the future in his new role as Lord Lieutenant of Perth and Kinross.
