Congratulating Kirkcudbright Arts and Crafts Trail
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the team of volunteers and organisation behind the Kirkcudbright Arts and Crafts Trail as it prepares to host the 16th year of the event over the first weekend of August 2019; notes that the Trail has won multiple awards, including the Epic Award for the whole of Scotland and Regional Winner for Glasgow and South West Scotland in the Thistle Awards; praises the community of Kirkcudbright, which is known as "The Artists Town" for its enthusiasm in supporting and promoting arts and crafts; encourages everyone to get involved in the all-inclusive and free Trail, and wishes the event all the best for this year and in the future.
