Medical Advancements Made at Albyn Hospital
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the addition of a new robotic arm to Aberdeen’s Albyn Hospital; understands that the arm will be used to perform hip, knee and partial knee replacements; further understands that patient recovery using such technology has been shown to be faster and less painful; notes that Albyn Hospital is the first in Scotland to acquire such technical equipment, and looks forward to the hospital welcoming patients from across the country.
