Liz Brodie's Charity Pilgrimage
The motion
That the Parliament commends Liz Brodie, who is from Darnick, on completing the 500-mile Camino de Santiago pilgrimage through northern Spain in just 35 days to raise £5,000 for the charity, Scotland Versus Arthritis; understands that Liz, who was joined by her husband for the final 60 miles, met pilgrims from 25 different countries as she walked from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port in the Pyrenees to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela; thanks Liz for her hard work in raising this money, and wishes her all the best.
