Race Across the Sky for Tayside Runner, Ryan Smith
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Tayside-born runner, Ryan Smith, on winning the Race Across the Sky, which was held in the Colorado Rockies; understands that the race has elevations from 9,200 to 12,600ft and has earned legendary status since its inception in 1983; acknowledges that Ryan crossed the finish line in 16 hours, 33 minutes and 25 seconds, coming first out of 800 competitors, and applauds him on this success.
