Congratulating Friendly Access
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Friendly Access, a Lossiemouth-based surf and swim charity for disabled young people, on its award of £100,000 from the National Lottery Community Fund; recognises the health benefits to disabled people from water-based therapy, and extends its best wishes for the future to all organisers, volunteers and users of Friendly Access.
