Kirriemuir Men Raise Funds for Ninewells Cancer Campaign
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the news that Allan Thomson and Bob Wallace, who are from Kirriemuir, have donated a further £5,000 to the Ninewells Cancer Campaign; understands that this brings their total donations to £23,000, with most of the money raised from their time performing as Kirrie the Fit?, as well as the release of two CDs, comedy doric sketches and sales of Allan's book; further understands that their CDs and books can be obtained through the Rotary Club of Kirriemuir, with funds going to charity, and thanks them both for all their hard work fundraising for a worthwhile cause.
