Celebration of the 38th Annual Kirriemuir Festival of Music and Song
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the 38th Annual Kirriemuir Festival of Music and Song; understands that the festival included ceilidhs, concerts, competitions, sing-alongs, street entertainment and impromptu pop-up sessions; notes that venues throughout the town were used as performance spaces, and congratulates all who took part.
