Alzheimer Scotland Memory Walk, Arbroath
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the Alzheimer Scotland Memory Walk which was held in Arbroath on 7 September 2019; understands that the walk aimed to raise awareness of dementia and carried a message that nobody faces dementia alone; notes that attendees were accompanied by the mascot, Buddy the Dog, and hopes that events such as this continue to raise awareness, prompt diagnosis and improve treatments for people with the condition.
