Defibrillator Gifted to West Lothian Primary School
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Natasha Tucker, who is from Ladywell in Livingston, on raising over £1,000 to enable her son’s local primary school to benefit from the installation of a defibrillator; understands that eight-year-old Jamie Magdani has dilated cardiomyopathy, which means that his heart can simply stop at any time; acknowledges the efforts of the charity, Hand on Heart, which has kindly donated a defibrillator to Jamie’s school for six months, which has enabled the youngster to have his first-ever football session at an after-school class run by Premier Football Academy, and wishes the family happy and reassuring footballing sessions in the future.
