Barrowland Ballet Cash Boost
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Barrowland Ballet, which is based in Glasgow, on receiving £98,314 from the National Lottery Community Fund; understands that it plans to deliver intergenerational dance workshops and performances; notes that the project, which is called "Wolf Pack", will also provide three young associates with places to volunteer and gain group facilitation and leadership experience, and acknowledges that it provides an opportunity for young people to creatively engage alongside other members of their local community, develop new skills and create dance performances that give each of them an opportunity to express themselves.
