Full Marks for Brighter Bervie

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Brighter Bervie on being recognised with an Outstanding award in the 2019 Your Neighbourhood scheme, which is run by Keep Scotland Beautiful; understands that the group's efforts were measured against three criteria, community participation, environmental responsibility and gardening achievement, and that it scored full marks in each; congratulates the team of volunteers on their hard work in achieving such a remarkable result and for all their dedicated efforts to make Inverbervie a great place for residents and visitors alike; notes that the Your Neighbourhood initiative attracted more than 170 entrants from across the country, and wishes all involved with it the best of success.
