Funding to Purchase Ardnamurchan Lighthouse
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes the news that the Ardnamurchan Lighthouse Trust has been granted £224,900 from the Scottish Land Fund to purchase the lighthouse and associated buildings; notes that the iconic landmark sits at the most westerly point on mainland UK; congratulates the Trust on its successful efforts to preserve the site as an attraction and exhibition space, and wishes the project luck for the future.
