Celebrate Aberdeen Awards
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the organisers of, and the nominees and winners at, the second annual Celebrate Aberdeen Awards, which took place at P&J Live on 14 September 2019 with an audience of over 500 people and followed the success of the Celebrate Aberdeen parade in August; notes that there were 34 finalists and that 11 awards were presented, including that for Campaign of the Year, which was won by the Sue Ryder Dee View Appeal; commends all involved with the event, and wishes all of the organisers, volunteers and charities every success.
