Inverclyde Butchers Win Gold at the Craft Butchers Awards
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Nigel Ovens of McCaskie Butchers, which is in Wemyss Bay, and Robert Alexander Ltd in Port Glasgow on their wins at the Scottish Craft Butchers Awards, which were held at Forth Valley College; commends McCaskie Butchers, which won three gold awards for its selection of pies and a silver for its mince, while Robert Alexander Ltd won both a gold and silver award; recognises the high quality and service offered by these independently-run craft butchers from Inverclyde, and commends their achievement of obtaining prestigious gold standards for their products.
