Serena is a Double Champion
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates eight-year-old Serena Bianconcini from Glenrothes on her fantastic achievement at the World Highland Dance Championships, where she won both the Scottish National Championship and Scottish Championship; acknowledges that she also won the Scottish National Championship in 2018; understands that she has been learning to dance since she was five and is currently a student at the Sarah Hendry School of Dance in Warout, and wishes Serena the very best for the future.
