Care Leavers in Full-time Education
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates West Dunbartonshire Council's Housing Team on the pilot scheme that will extend their Leaving Care Housing Protocol; understands that, with West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership, they will extend their current remit of providing security and safety and teaching skills to help care leavers to become independent adults to remove the necessity for care leavers in full-time education in their own council property from paying rent while they study, and wishes them every success.
