Mintlaw Academy Wins Inspiring Futures Award
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Mintlaw Academy on winning the Inspiring Futures category at the Northern Star Business Awards for its collaboration with Score Group; understands that the awards are held annually by the Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce to recognise successful businesses in the region; notes that the Inspiring Futures award recognises companies and schools working in partnership to prepare the next generation for the move into the world of work; recognises that Mintlaw Academy places a strong emphasis on technical education and is committed in its approach to supporting students into careers in engineering; commends the staff and pupils at Mintlaw Academy on their success, and wishes all involved well.
