Saving Scotland's Red Squirrels
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the Saving Scotland’s Red Squirrels project on winning the conservation category at the Helping it Happen Awards 2019; notes that Saving Scotland’s Red Squirrels was established in 2009 and is led by the Scottish Wildlife Trust, in partnership with Scottish Natural Heritage, Forestry Commission Scotland, Scottish Land & Estates, RSPB Scotland and the Red Squirrel Survival Trust; recognises the contribution that the campaign is making to ensure that the red squirrel continues to be a part of Scotland’s natural wildlife, and wishes the campaign well in its future endeavours.
