Paul Guest Raises Over £1,600 for the Prince's Trust by Reaching Everest Base Camp
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Paul Guest, of Inverurie-based Donald Russell Ltd butchers, on raising over £1,600 for the Prince's Trust by trekking to Everest Base Camp; recognises that Everest Base Camp sits at 17,598ft, over four times higher than the summit of Ben Nevis; understands that the Prince's Trust is a charity that Donald Russell Ltd has undertaken to support in 2019; acknowledges that the charity supports young people who are unemployed or struggling in school and helps to transform their lives; commends Paul on both accomplishing this feat and his fundraising, and wishes him, Donald Russell Ltd and the Prince's Trust well.
