Matthew Sim, Best Young Volunteer Award Winner
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Matthew Sim, who is from Turriff, on winning the Best Young Volunteer category at the 2019 SFA Grassroots Football Awards, which recognise and celebrate volunteers and clubs across the country who dedicate their time to the sport in their communities; recognises that Matthew was celebrated for his work with Turriff United Youth, and sends him its best wishes.
